In this lesson I’m show you how to decide between different pricing models & packages, so that you can get clear on which model is the best fit for you. Then crunch some numbers and look at the three different factors you need to consider when setting your pricing!
The first thing you need to do is decide on a pricing model for your business, and there are essential 4 different models to choose from: - hourly rate - project-based - monthly retainers based on a set scope - monthly retainer with a flexible scope (or base rate + add ons)
The next question is, how much should I charge? This is a big question with no simple answer as there are so many factors involved and it varies based on your type of business and the services you offer.

So it just needs to be fair, but competitive and still profitable enough to justify running your own business. Once you’ve crunched the numbers, then you need to think about your target audience, your brand positioning & the psychology of pricing.
